Music Classes
We have classes in music appreciation and instrumental playing (piano and violin).
We work with children of all abilities. Our music appreciation sessions are guided by Orff-Schulwerk principles where children learn music through experience and play. Sessions are adapted to meet the needs of the child's learning styles and interest.
Currently, our sessions are on an individual basis(one to one setting).

Music Therapy
Music Therapy is an evidence based practice where music is used to work on non-musical goals. This can include: building attention, developing communication skills, encouraging self-expression.
Music Therapy sessions at our studio resonates with the Nordoff-Robbins Approach in music therapy. This is an approach which functions on the premise that every individual has the potential to respond to music. The process involves goal setting with caregivers. Following which, musical interventions are planned and carried out during sessions. Activities and interventions are adapted to meet the child's needs during each session.
We have been working with children of all abilities including children who are coping with neurodevelopmental challenges including autism and other additional learning needs.
No prior musical experience is required of the child. Children can expect to be engaged in musical activities such as singing, playing of instruments or listening to music.
